Hello! Seldom does one encounter a outstanding medical facility. In total honestly I did not know a facility such as Springbrook. My name is joseph graham. A few months ago, I took a hard fall in my home. My spinal column was damaged needless to say, rehabilitation was necessary, as nuts and screws now hold my spinal column together. At one time I thought of myself as a superman, but now, like an newborn child , I must learn how to walk again. A word to the wise do not take what you have for granted. Springbrook a full range of rehab service and full service of dialysis center managed by Ms Yollete cox and star technicians like Laura Hancils. I must mention my tech Mr Jojo who takes very good care of me. As stated, I did not know facilities of this nature existed; usually you don’t know until you need a facility of this nature. Needless to say I feel blessed to be here blessed and thankful Springbrook ROCKS !

The facility has did a big change the customer service has gotten better you can see that the team really cares about there residents. I love walking in for a visit with my loved one and everyone speaks now and makes you feel welcome . The rooms need some updating but for the most part okay. What I also like is that when you come in the door it smells good . Overall I would recommend this center.

I was there for a Halloween party and they seem to really care for the residents, real peaceful and friendly environment. My kids loved it! Good job!

This is one of the better nursing facilities that I have resided in! The nursing staff are knowledgeable concerning patients medications and are caring and concerned towards the residents! The therapy staff are very professional and creative with the therapy method used for individual health concerns! I really appreciated the help and recovery treatment that I received there!
